Most people who come to this session haven’t failed to take action.
What’s been missing isn’t effort or discipline, but a clear way to understand how their health, stressors, and life demands are interacting. When everything is addressed separately, nothing fully resolves.
Before the Session
You’ll complete a detailed intake that allows us to understand your health history, symptoms, and current context. This allows us to work at the appropriate depth and avoid surface-level conversations.
During the Session
We’ll review and interpret the information together, looking for patterns across biology, health history, and life demands. The focus is understanding what’s interacting beneath the surface, not to rush toward solutions.
After the Session
You’ll know what deserves attention first, and what does not.
You’ll leave with clarity about what kind of support is indicated, and whether further work together makes sense
This session is designed to prevent months (or years) of misdirected effort by identifying what actually deserves attention, and what does not.
This session may be a fit if:
You’re still functioning day-to-day, but your margin has narrowed; recovery takes longer, effort costs more, and small stressors carry outsized impact
Your symptoms, energy, or stress response no longer feel straightforward, even though nothing is “obviously wrong”
You sense that multiple factors are interacting- biology, history, demand - but you can’t yet see how they fit together
You’ve tried addressing pieces individually (habits, stress management, supplements, productivity) without resolving the underlying constraint
You want to understand what actually matters before committing to ongoing support, protocols, or long-term change
This work is often helpful for:
Professionals or leaders operating under sustained cognitive, emotional, or physiological demand
Individuals navigating complex or layered health patterns that don’t respond to single-issue fixes
Clients referred by clinicians or therapists seeking a systems-level interpretation before next steps
You do NOT need to identify as a “leader” for this work to be relevant.
Capacity, and how the body carries load, is a human issue.
After the Vitality Strategy Session, people typically leave with:
A clear explanation of what is driving their symptoms, capacity limits, or stress response, without reducing it to a single cause
A systems-level map of which areas of biology and life demand are carrying the most strain
Language for what’s been happening, so their experience finally makes sense instead of feeling scattered or contradictory
Clarity about misdirected effort - where they’ve been pushing in ways that couldn’t work, and why
A grounded next-step decision about what kind of support would actually make a difference, and what is unnecessary or premature
Not everything is “fixed” in this session, but confusion is replaced with coherence, and uncertainty is replaced with an informed choice.
That shift alone is meaningful.
Comprehensive intake and preparation
(to understand history, patterns, and context before we meet)
60-minute interpretive session
(to identify what is actually driving symptoms, capacity limits, or strain)
30-minute follow-up for integration
(to translate clarity into a grounded next-step decision)
This session requires preparation, interpretation, and professional judgment.
This is not a discovery or sales call
This is not a treatment plan or protocol
This is not a second opinion

I’m Dr. Grace Magedman, a licensed pharmacist with over two decades of experience in clinical care, hospital systems, and executive leadership roles.
Over the years, I saw a consistent pattern: capable, driven people doing everything “right,” yet slowly losing capacity - physically, cognitively, and emotionally - without clear explanations.
My work integrates functional medicine and high-performance coaching to help people understand how their biology, health history, and life demands are interacting. The focus is not on quick fixes, but on clarity, so effort is directed where it actually matters.
I work with professionals, leaders, and individuals navigating complex health patterns who want to be accurately seen and supported at a systems level.
This work is grounded in clinical rigor, thoughtful interpretation, and respect for the human limits that high performers are often taught to ignore.
The Vitality Strategy Session is a structured, 90-minute engagement designed for depth and integration. It includes a 60-minute interpretive session, where we review your intake and map patterns across biology, health history, and life demands, followed by a 30-minute follow-up session to integrate insights and clarify next steps.
This spacing allows the work to be thoughtful and accurate, rather than rushed or reactive. The focus is orientation and clarity, not solving everything at once.
This session is a good fit if you’re looking for clarity before action.
Many people come in sensing that what they’re experiencing isn’t random, but they don’t yet have a coherent way to understand it. If you’ve been functioning, but with less margin, slower recovery, or increasing effort, and you want to understand why before committing to anything longer-term, this session is designed for that moment.
You don’t need to be in crisis, and you don’t need to have a clear plan yet.
You do need to be open to thoughtful reflection, accurate interpretation, and working at a deeper level than quick fixes or surface advice.
Once your session is scheduled, you’ll receive a comprehensive pre-session intake to complete. This intake is an essential part of the work. It allows me to understand your health history, symptoms, and current context before we meet, so our time together is focused and meaningful rather than exploratory.
I ask that the intake be completed and returned at least 48 hours prior to your session. This gives me the time needed to review your information thoughtfully and prepare for a deep, interpretive conversation.
Your Vitality Strategy Session includes a 60-minute primary session, followed by a 30-minute integration follow-up scheduled approximately 2–3 weeks later. You’ll receive a separate link to book that follow-up after our initial session, once we’ve clarified what deserves attention and what doesn’t.
This structure allows the work to unfold at the appropriate depth, without rushing insight or forcing decisions before they’re ready.
That’s completely fine. Labs are one input, not a prerequisite for this session.
The Vitality Strategy Session focuses first on understanding patterns across your symptoms, history, stressors, and recovery capacity. In many cases, this systems-level clarity makes it easier to determine whether labs are even necessary, and if so, which ones would be most relevant.
If appropriate, I can share educational guidance on labs that may be useful to discuss with your physician, so any testing is intentional rather than exploratory. The goal is clarity and direction, not collecting data for its own sake.
During the session, I may reference lab markers that are commonly assessed in functional medicine when symptoms or patterns suggest they could be relevant. This is offered as educational context, to help you understand what those labs measure and why they’re often considered.
Any decisions about testing are made between you and your healthcare provider. My role is to support informed conversations by helping you understand which questions may be worth asking based on your goals and overall context.
The emphasis is on discernment, not data collection.
No. I do not diagnose medical conditions or provide medical treatment.
As a licensed pharmacist and functional medicine practitioner, my role in this session is to provide education, functional medicine–informed guidance, and wellness and performance coaching within my professional scope of practice.
You’ll continue working with your primary care provider or specialist for medical diagnosis, treatment decisions, prescriptions, and ongoing medical management. This session is designed to complement - not replace - medical care by helping you better understand patterns, signals, and questions worth bringing into those conversations.
The Vitality Strategy Session is designed to stand on its own. Many people find that the clarity gained in this session is meaningful in and of itself.
For some, the session also brings enough insight to recognize that deeper or ongoing support would be helpful. If that’s the case, we can discuss what continued work might look like after the session, but there is no expectation or requirement to do so.
The purpose of this session is orientation and clarity. Any next steps are chosen deliberately, not automatically.
Your physician or specialist remains responsible for medical diagnosis, treatment decisions, and prescriptions.
In this session, my role is to help you understand how your health history, symptoms, biology, and life demands may be interacting, and to translate that into clearer questions, priorities, and context for your ongoing care.
This work is complementary to medical care, not a replacement for it. The aim is to support more informed conversations and decisions, while respecting the roles and responsibilities of everyone involved.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please do so at least 48 hours in advance.
Sessions cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours are not eligible for a refund.
Full terms are provided at the time of booking.
